Its name is inspired by a bird, the Grey Tyrant (Tyrannus dominicensis) from America of the canary family. It is called pipiri because of its particular song which begins at dawn. Hence the expression "se lever au pipiri chantant" often used in the Antilles. Pipiri herbal tea is composed of cinnamon (leaves and bark), ginger and lemongrass leaves. We have composed it to bring tone and vitality.
