Cocoa nibs cane sugar

Cocoa nibs are made from cocoa beans. Caramelized with cane sugar, they therefore retain the same properties as the bean.
Rich in magnesium, cocoa nibs, sometimes simply called "nids", are the name given to roasted and crushed cocoa bean nibs. They have an intense and slightly bitter flavor, with notes of chocolate and hazelnut.
