Our Péyi herbal teas: leaves and fruits

Tisane dont les plantes sont cultivés, récoltés, et assemblés à la Martinique.

Hello, today we are talking about food (more or less).

We can never say it enough: “You are what you eat”!

Our herbal teas can be enjoyed with everything and in many different forms, they are a bit versatile and multi-tasked. Who says Multi-tasked says multiple virtues and benefits for the body and mind. In truth, what is a benefit? What is a virtue? If we believe the definitions available to us, a benefit would be a "beneficial action" and a virtue "the positive qualities inherent in an object, a person" (and of course a plant!). Plants therefore have powers. Magical? Maybe if we look carefully, but above all soothing, relaxing, invigorating, invigorating; everything you need to live your day as you wish. You let me talk about the benefits in a generic way without asking me about the benefits of the plants that make up our herbal teas. I would still have to brief you on these plants. I will immediately correct my mistake and open the palace of the senses to you. Our herbal teas are composed of: Atoumo, Brisée, Citronnelle, Menthe, Basil (sacred and many others that we will keep for the following articles), Cinnamon, Ginger, Nettle, Damiana, Soursop (in leaves) and verbena. Each herbal tea is a combination of three plants to enhance the best of their benefits, they are accompanied by pieces of a fruit or dried flower petals to bring a fruity touch of flavor to your drink. There are several that vary according to the growing season: Ramboutan, Cherry, Apricot Péyi, Redcurrant, Blue Butterfly Pea flower (which will color your herbal tea a beautiful blue) and Papaya. The strength of an herbal tea lies in its ingredients and its ability to deliciously color a pot of hot water (preferably without handles, they taste like childhood).

And above all, remember to share your tasting/relaxation/afternoon moments with friends with us on our Instagram page!

Looking forward to seeing you again, reading you, answering you…
