Hello, I am Nola from Héritage des îles and today I am going to talk to you about herbal teas. Before, when I heard herbal tea I thought of sachet, small cup, small biscuits and tea time. However, there is a major difference between the two: the memory. We all remember those long family Sundays where the last hours were of relaxation and humor. Most of the time served in mismatched cups according to everyone's preferences, the herbal tea arrives in a saucepan, sometimes without a handle. Nothing to disturb the purity of its action. A herbal tea is a memory, a joke, an action; an awareness, or even the nostalgia of realizing that this good time is almost over. It can be invigorating, aphrodisiac or simply soothing. Its versatility and character make it a comfort that we take with us. Our herbal teas also have this vocation, to make you return to precious moments and to create new ones. Each of them has its advantages but all have the merit of accompanying you at every moment of the day, in all your activities and for all tastes.
How to prepare it?
Pour a pinch of one of our herbal teas into 200 ml of 100° water and let it infuse. It will gradually take on color and flavor.
How to taste it?
You can enjoy it alone or accompanied by pastries, a hearty breakfast or a light lunch.
How to share it?
Invite some friends over for a nice meal and let the end of the day come quietly with a cup in hand.
